I like flying from Barbados to FLL on JetBlue - as a foreigner on a B1/B2 visa I have do the whole Border Control thing. And then of course if you're not coming from Florida you have issues of connections to worry about - it may come down to which one works the best. They fly from different airports so it may depend on which airport you like more (or hate less).
